From Bolzano to Merano
You reach Merano from the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel Bolzano either by car (in 25 min.) or by train in 40 minutes (train station is 100m from the hotel).

Merano and its landmarks
In the past the town has been a popular place of residence for world famous scientists and artists, who appreciated its mild climate.

Among the town‘s landmarks are the Museum of Tourism (Touriseum), which shows the historical development of tourism in the region, and the Gärten von Schloß Trauttmansdorff, a botanical garden, known to be among the most beautiful ones in Europe.
